黑料视频 Schools has selected former Kingsport City Schools Assistant Superintendent for Instruction Carmen Bryant to serve as the new principal at Science Hill High School, according to an announcement from the district.
The announcement said Bryant, who has nearly three decades of experience as an educator and administrator, had been Science Hill鈥檚 assistant principal for curriculum for nearly a decade before this week鈥檚 appointment. Bryant has also previously served as Kingsport鈥檚 chief academic officer, and as both principal and assistant principal of David Crockett High School in Washington County Schools.
Bryant will fill the vacancy left by former Principal Josh Carter, who was recently named secondary supervisor for the district amid other leadership changes.

Bryant said she felt honored to be selected for the new role, adding that she plans to 鈥渃ontinue the legacy of excellence that defines our school.鈥

Bryant received her doctorate in educational leadership from East Tennessee State University in 2013. She also received a master鈥檚 in education from Milligan in 1998 after earning her undergraduate degree in biology from ETSU in 1996.
