KINGSPORT — Eggs Up Grill will open two new locations in Bristol and Kingsport this year, according to a recent news release.
The restaurant in Bristol, Virginia, will be located at 180 Stateline Center in the Kroger Shopping Center. This will be the second of five Eggs Up Grill locations for Franchise Partner Ken Bates, a Kingsport native.
Bates is also the owner of the existing Eggs Up Grill in ºÚÁÏÊÓÆµ. He has owned 24 Little Caesars restaurants across Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia over his past 35 years of restaurateur experience.
“It has been an honor to expand Eggs Up Grill in the Tri-Cities market, as it’s my home,†said Bates in the release. “The response from the community has been wonderful, and we are excited to begin serving the best breakfast, brunch and lunch in town to our neighbors in the Bristol community this summer.â€
The 4,160 square-foot Bristol location will be able to seat 130 guests and is anticipated to open this summer, according to the release. The restaurant is described as a “popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot.â€
In Oct. 2023, Hull Property Group announced Eggs Up Grill would be among the three tenants coming to an outparcel space at the Fort Henry Mall.
The release states the Kingsport location is set to open later in 2024.
